Payment
A deposit of 20% of the booking is required within 7 days of your provisional booking. Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks before your departure date.

Security deposit
You and your party and any of your visitors are responsible for any damage or breakages to the home. A refundable deposit of £300 is required before your departure. This can be paid along with the balance or 2 weeks prior to your departure. A management company will check the home before your arrival and after your departure. The deposit will be fully refunded to you once we have been notified that no damage or breakages has occurred. We reserve the right to charge you for the cost of any spillages on upholstery that may have caused a stain. You will of course be provided with receipts of the costs of any replacements or stain treatments. You will be notified and pursued for the cost of any damage which exceeds the security deposit.

Cancellation by guests
In the unlikely event of you needing to cancel, the following will apply:-

• 4 – 8 weeks of departure will mean a 50% refund
• 2 – 4 weeks of departure will mean a 30% refund
• Less than two weeks will regrettably result in the total loss of your booking fee.

• Security deposits upon cancellation at any time are fully refundable

In any event of you do have a problem please contact us immediately and we will try our best to assist you.

Cancellation by Owners
In the unlikely event of us needing to cancel your booking, you will be given a full refund of the total you have paid. We will endeavour to relocate you to a home of a similar type and location.
