The home is conveniently located close to all the main resort facilities. Walt Disney World is within 15 minutes reach, Sea World and Universal Studios within 20 minutes reach. The home is easily accessible to a number of Orlando’s excellent golf courses. Shop till you drop at some of Orlando’s nearby premium designer outlets. There is a wide variety of restaurants close by that will offer you a great dining experience at exceptional value.

The home is fully air conditioned, and can accommodate up to 10 - 12 people.

The master bedroom has a magnum four poster king size bed, its own private bathroom with separate bath and shower, twin vanity suites and a large walk in closet.

The second bedroom has two queen beds and overlooks the pool and spa. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a Disney theme. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a beautiful queen sleigh bed. All the bedrooms have a cable TV and a phone point.

The games room is situated in the loft area on the first floor (first floor lounge). This room has a maple oak pool table. (Play station 3 available spring 2006)
